Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and Cendrawasih Technologies LLC (“Cendrawasih,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company and the operator of Sloppeh. They govern the Sloppeh mobile applications, website, AI creation tools, social features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Mobile store listings may identify Ibrahim Yusuf as the individual developer or publisher; the Service itself is operated by Cendrawasih.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking to accept, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country to consent to digital services, such as 16 in certain European countries) to use Sloppeh. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not transfer or sell your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@cendra.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service and AI features

Sloppeh lets users create, generate, upload, publish, remix, and discuss creative content. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or similar to content made for others. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. The Service is for creative and entertainment purposes and is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features. Generation availability, models, formats, and usage limits may change. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, stories, images, references, comments, and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit and use Your Content and that doing so does not violate law, these Terms, or another person’s rights.

You grant Cendrawasih a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, format, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, moderate, and improve the Service. This license lasts while Your Content is on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and enforcement.

When you publish Your Content or add it to a shared universe, you also permit other Sloppeh users to view, share through product features, interact with, and—where the product clearly offers collaboration or remixing—adapt it within Sloppeh. Removing content stops new uses through the Service but may not remove copies already shared outside Sloppeh or incorporated into another user’s permitted collaboration.

We do not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not permit AI providers processing it for us to do so.

5. Generated output

As between you and Cendrawasih, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use output generated for you. We assign to you any rights we may have in that output. This does not give you rights in another person’s content, trademarks, characters, likeness, or other protected material, and it does not guarantee that intellectual-property rights exist in the output.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Content Policy. You may not break the law; violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; bypass safety systems, age controls, access controls, or usage limits; scrape or automate the Service without written permission; manipulate engagement; distribute malware; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits; or use it to build a competing model or service.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, and credits

Paid plans and credit purchases provide the benefits described at checkout. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. If you are under the age of legal majority, you must have parental or guardian permission to make purchases. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the app store or purchase provider used to subscribe. Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current period.

Generation credits are a limited, revocable license to access features. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be subject to expiration or plan limits disclosed at purchase. Purchases are billed and refunded under the applicable app store’s rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you cannot waive, including applicable EU, Australian, or US consumer rights.

8. Moderation, reports, and appeals

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report content and block creators using the in-app safety menu. Blocking immediately hides their content from your feed and sends a private report to our safety team. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates our Content Policy, and ban the accounts responsible for the offending content.

We may use automated systems and human review to detect, restrict, label, limit distribution of, or remove content, and to restrict generation or suspend accounts. We may also preserve information or report matters when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

When practicable, we will explain significant enforcement decisions and provide a way to appeal. Email admin@cendra.co with the account, content, and decision involved. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination. Emergency or illegal-content reports should clearly say so in the subject line.

9. Intellectual-property complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright or other rights, email admin@cendra.co with: your contact information; identification of the protected work or right; the URL or enough information to locate the material; an explanation of the claimed infringement; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may forward the notice to the affected user and may remove repeat infringers.

10. Account suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Sloppeh and delete your account at any time through the app or our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, prevent harm or fraud, or protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already granted to published collaborations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not control or endorse user content. These disclaimers do not affect warranties or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cendrawasih and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer guarantees.

13. Resolving disputes, governing law, and class action waiver

Please contact us first at admin@cendra.co so we can try to resolve any concern or dispute informally.

Except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or state require otherwise, these Terms and any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to informal resolution or small-claims jurisdiction will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Cendrawasih consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Class action waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Cendrawasih agree that all claims must be brought in each party’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an individual action in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction or excludes non-waivable statutory consumer remedies available in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service, our practices, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated Terms and effective date on this page. For non-material changes, your continued use of Sloppeh on or after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method. Where required by law or where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may ask you to affirmatively accept the updated Terms before continuing to use account features. Changes do not apply retroactively unless required by law.
