Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Sloppeh, including our mobile applications, website, generation tools, social features, and related services. By creating an account or using Sloppeh, you agree to these Terms and our Content and Privacy Policies.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Your content

You retain rights you hold in stories, prompts, references, and other material you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Sloppeh. When you publish content, you also allow other users to view and interact with it through the product’s sharing and collaboration features.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload. Do not submit private or sensitive material belonging to someone else without authorization.

4. Generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content created for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it. Sloppeh does not guarantee that generated output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass limits or safeguards, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, violate law or third-party rights, or create content prohibited by our Content Policy.

6. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

Paid plans and top-ups may provide generation access or other benefits. Availability, limits, and benefits can change as described at purchase. Mobile purchases are billed and refunded under the applicable app store’s rules, except where law requires otherwise.

7. Moderation and termination

We may restrict, remove, or preserve content; limit features; or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce our policies, comply with law, protect people, or keep the service reliable. You may stop using Sloppeh and delete your account at any time.

8. Service changes and disclaimers

Sloppeh is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, fail, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
