Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address, public profile information, universes, prompts, captions, generated creations, uploads, collaboration and social activity, purchase and entitlement status, and support communications. We also collect device, usage, performance, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide generation and publishing features, synchronize your account, personalize your experience, process purchases, prevent abuse, moderate reports, troubleshoot failures, communicate with you, and improve reliability.

AI providers and service providers

Prompts and reference media may be sent to AI providers to produce requested output. We also use infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notification, and payment providers. These providers process information for us under their own security and data-processing terms.

Analytics boundaries

We do not send prompts, captions, email addresses, or uploaded image data as analytics event properties. Operational systems still process this information where required to perform the feature you requested.

Public content

Public profiles, public universes, published Slops, comments, and associated engagement may be visible to anyone. Unlisted content may be viewed by people who have its link. Private content is limited according to the controls shown in the product.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and service operation. You can request account deletion from the app or follow the steps on our Delete Account page.

Your choices

You can edit profile information, change universe visibility, control notification permissions, unpublish content, block users, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information.

Children

Sloppeh is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.
