Content Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
Sloppeh is for playful storytelling and shared fictional universes. These rules apply to prompts, reference media, generated output, uploads, profiles, comments, links, and other activity. They apply whether content is public, unlisted, private, serious, fictional, satirical, or intended as a joke.
Sexual content and nudity
Do not create, request, upload, or share pornography, explicit sexual acts, fetish content intended for sexual gratification, or sexualized nudity. Non-explicit nudity may also be restricted when it is sexualized, exploitative, or unsuitable for the Service.
Child safety
Never sexualize a person under 18 or anyone who appears to be under 18. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexual role-play involving minors, suggestive depictions of minors, and attempts to obtain sexual material from a minor are prohibited, including fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated depictions. We may preserve and report apparent child exploitation to relevant authorities.
Non-consensual intimate content and exploitation
Do not create or share intimate imagery of a real person without consent, sexualize private individuals, create sexual deepfakes, threaten to expose intimate material, solicit sexual services, facilitate trafficking, or exploit a person sexually.
Graphic violence, gore, and cruelty
Do not create or share graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, sadistic injury, graphic depictions of death, or content celebrating real-world suffering. Do not promote or depict animal cruelty. Mild, non-graphic fictional action may be allowed, but we may remove disturbing material even when stylized or fictional.
Self-harm and dangerous activity
Do not encourage, romanticize, or provide instructions for suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or conduct likely to cause serious injury. Supportive discussion and recovery-oriented storytelling may be allowed when it does not provide harmful instructions.
Terrorism, extremism, and serious wrongdoing
Do not praise, support, recruit for, or provide propaganda for terrorist or violent extremist organizations. Do not provide instructions that meaningfully facilitate weapons construction, violent attacks, trafficking, hacking, malware, evasion of law enforcement, or other serious wrongdoing.
Weapons, drugs, and regulated goods
Do not use Sloppeh to buy, sell, distribute, or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen goods, counterfeit documents, sexual services, or other illegal or tightly regulated goods. Do not provide instructions that enable dangerous drug production or weapon construction.
Hate, harassment, and bullying
Do not attack, dehumanize, or promote exclusion or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, or another protected characteristic. Do not threaten, stalk, shame, sexually harass, coordinate abuse against, or repeatedly target another person.
Privacy and personal information
Do not reveal or solicit private personal information, credentials, precise location, financial information, medical records, or other sensitive data without authorization. Do not encourage stalking, swatting, identity theft, or unwanted identification of an anonymous person.
Sloppeh People and real-person caricatures
Sloppeh People is limited to consenting adults and adults with recognizable public-facing accounts. Contributions must be based on public professional work, public posts, interviews, or reputable reporting. Exaggerate a person’s voluntarily public ideas, work, posting habits, rhetoric, or chosen presentation—not private life, immutable traits, medical or mental-health speculation, sexual material, family details, or unverified allegations. Caricatures must remain clearly illustrated editorial works and must not imply a real quote, action, endorsement, or affiliation. The depicted person may request correction or removal; attempts to recreate a removed identity or evade an identity-level block are prohibited.
Deception, impersonation, and synthetic media
Parody and fiction must not be presented in a way likely to make people believe a fabricated event, endorsement, or statement is real. Do not impersonate others deceptively, clone a real person’s voice without authorization, run scams, create fraudulent documents, misrepresent affiliation, or conceal synthetic media when that omission could materially deceive people.
Civic and public-interest deception
Do not create or distribute materially deceptive content about voting procedures, election eligibility, civic participation, emergencies, public-health instructions, or statements by public officials where the content is likely to cause harm. Clearly label satire or fictional scenarios involving real public events or people.
Intellectual property and publicity rights
Only use material you have the right to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity and likeness rights, confidentiality, and contractual restrictions. Fan art and parody may still infringe rights depending on context; labeling something “parody” does not automatically make it lawful.
Spam and platform manipulation
Do not automate abusive activity, scrape without permission, manipulate likes or follows, coordinate fake engagement, distribute malware, evade enforcement, create accounts to bypass restrictions, or repeatedly publish deceptive or substantially duplicative content.
Enforcement
We may use automated systems and human review. Depending on context, severity, intent, and history, we may block a generation, remove content, add a warning, limit distribution or features, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate an account. Severe violations may result in immediate removal and referral to relevant authorities. Attempts to evade enforcement are separate violations.
Reporting and appeals
Use Sloppeh’s report controls to report content or users. Provide the relevant URL, account, reason, and any useful context. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and ban the accounts responsible for the offending content. Blocking a creator immediately hides their content from your feed and sends a private report to our safety team. Urgent threats and child-safety reports are prioritized. To appeal a decision or report an urgent issue, email admin@cendra.co. Appeals are reviewed fairly, promptly, and without charge.
